- Consumption of ripe Bael fruit for 2 to 3 months can treat the trouble of constipation from its root cause. It can be consumed as a sherbet which will help in softening the intestinal wastes, further simplifying its removal from the body.
- Take honey along with a glass of water before going to bed. This will help in relaxing the stomach tissues.
- Add lemon and salt (to taste) in a glass of water as it cures all types of constipation arising out of different reasons.
Home remedies - backache

- Guggul is another natural remedy excessively used for healing pain from the body.
- Add 9-12 tulsi leaves in water and allow it to boil thoroughly until half of the water gets evaporated. Put salt and leave it to cool down for some time.
