Clofert 25mg

Tell your doctor about all the drugs that you use before starting the treatment with Clomiphene citrate. Do not take Clofert 25 mcg if you are already pregnant, have liver disease, kidney disorder, have enlarged ovaries, or ovarian cysts, have abnormal, uterine bleeding, or you suffer from depression. Be sure to take Clofert as prescribed by your health care specialist.

Although most patients will not experience side effects while using Clofert, some cases of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) have been reported. Also inform your health care specialist if you experience flushing, uterine bleeding, headaches, breast tenderness, intense nausea, or signs of an allergic reaction (swelling, trouble breathing, hives, or mild rash) as these can require changes to your dosage.

Clomiphene citrate is usually taken once per day in a 5-day cycle, starting on or around day 5 of the cycle. The medication can be taken with or without food but should be taken with a full glass of water. You should take your Clomiphene citrate once daily with or without food at the same time each day, for 5 days, starting on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle. If you have not ovulated after 5 days of treatment, your prescriber may recommend another treatment cycle and your dose may be increased. You should take Clomiphene medicine for a full treatment cycle of 5 days, which may be repeated if ovulation has not been achieved.
