Your doctor may check your blood cells and liver functioning while taking medicine. It is important to use effective contraception o avoid getting pregnant or fathering a j child during treatment.

Nausea and vomiting are the major gastrointestinal toxicities. The severity of nausea and vomiting is generally mild to moderate, with treatment discontinuation required in a few patients.
