Excellent customer support and communication
The customer support that this company provides has been amazing. My experience started when they called me to ask why I had left items in my shopping cart. I had thought that some of the items I wanted to order required a prescription, so I had abandoned that order and tried a different company (which didn't work out). So when ADC called me, I reinstated my order with them. Excellent communication throughout the ordering and shipping process. Yes, it took a long time to get my order and it was delayed in customs, but ADC was always responsive. I would confidently order again from this company.
