We have been dealing with ADC for several years. Normally all is well with minor shipping/customs delays. BUT when there are serious delays, do not expect a reply to inquiries in a timely manner, if EVER.

No complaints

Got my order sooner than expected by 2-3 weeks, email questions answered promptly, and by a person, a phone call question was answered with no issues, and I got exactly what I ordered. Although I'm just a nobody on the internet, and you can't just take my word for it, this is a real company, and not some bunch of flim-flam artists. Unfortunately, Indian companies have taken a beating to their reputation by those Indians involved in phone and internet scams. This is the second Indian company that I've used for these types of products, and I'm happy to say that both were legit.
