Payment issues (operates under multiple business names)
Prices are great. However, we did have a big issue. It took a while for payment to process, and when it did it was under some different name. When I saw This on my statement I called My bank and reported it as a fraudulent charge. (It was about 2 weeks after my purchase under a different name that I’ve never heard of) Once I did figure out it was the charge from AllDayChemist, I called my Bank back to let them know it was something I purchased. Then, I called All day Chemist to tell them what happened and to make the payment over the phone with them. They told me the order had been canceled. A few days later, I get aN email from ANOTHER company telling me my payment had not gone through. I called The number from the email and once again, it was ALL Day Chemsist using a third name. I exolained To the lady everything above and asked her if The order was canceled or did I need To pay for it. She told me that I would Be black listed from making future purchases if I didnt Resolve it with the main office. But told me the order was canceled so I couldnt Make a payment. Two days later, my order showed up in the mail. Yes—- the canceled order. The products are good, but the fact that they operate under so many business names and that you can’t just make a normally timed transaction (with your card) is troublesome.
