I actually hate dealing with this company. I only do it because it is the best way to get what I need. I marked this 3 stars only because I have never had any unpleasant interaction with them. I've never had any interaction with them, and apparently those are the parameters for marking 1 or 2 stars. The website is poorly designed and inefficient. It takes me forever to figure out what they want. For example-- apparently a US citizen can only pay by e-check. But the webpage doesn't say that. It say US citizens may pay by e-check. If you want to pay by Visa ,it will allow you to try, but then tells you something is wrong with your card information. Then you spend a half hour trying to fix that. I only found out by trial and error that it wanted only e-check. Then I have to look up all those numbers and Wait 24hours while it processes. I want to pay by Visa or better, Paypal, so it's easier and faster. In addition, the prices are getting higher all the time, and the delivery takes forever. Summary:if i could get this stuff from Amazon, I would! Janya Martin
