Not happy with ID/ Drivers licence regulation for Credit card payment.
I wasn't very happy that ADC wanted a copy of my ID or driver's license when I chose to pay with a credit card. My bank did not advise me to pay with an e-check as that would expose my entire account to being emptied out if this was not a legit entity. In any case, I don't see why they would require such personal details or ID as I am worried about identity theft. If they remove this ridiculous regulation, I would be more likely to give a 4 -star rating. The interaction with customer service by chat or telephone is adequate in that it is fairly easy to reach someone or they will call you back if you can't. The medications I received was well packaged and it took around 2 weeks. Other than that, price was a big bonus to buy from ADC. So my note to ADC management is to remove this ridiculous regulation so that it makes buyers feel that your company is an international organization used to dealing with global sales and that there are no other hidden agenda to require a copy of ID or passport.There are other non-intrusive ways to ensure that the credit cards are legit and protect your company from fraud.
