Replaced my product after USPS lost it

Replaced my product free of charge after USPS lost my package because their mail carrier marked it as delivered when they never left it in my apartment mailbox. TIP don't let packages get delivered to your apartment mailbox its such a damn hassle! pick them up from the post office instead.
