After notification of shipment along…
After notification of shipment along with a tracking number, it took more than 10 days to even see any progress in shipment so I felt that was a bit too much. In addition, the box that contained the items had information printed on it that did not match the # of items included within the box. I initially felt that I got short-changed but did discover later that what I ordered was actually included and apologized to the company about the initial email that I sent about being short-changed. Just made me wonder why the printing on the box does not match the contents. I also felt the shipping charge for something that small was a bit high even though it's from out of the country. So if ordering, it probably makes sense to stock up in order to make it more cost effective.
