Great but one big problem.

I’m giving these folks four stars because for years I have been very satisfied with their products and representatives. However, their payment process has been a nightmare at times. Most people would have given up trying to have their payment accepted. I strongly urge ADC to continue to make this a friendlier process for their customers.
