A tried and True company,customer friendly

Sometimes my order gets delayed,but it's understandable considering how far it must travel. I like that they always respond to my questions no matter how inconsequential they seem. they carry a wide variety of products which helps me to buy directly from them rather than search for it elseware. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always willing to help.

STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

Once you make a purchase, be prepared to be called twice a day for YEARS. And no matter how many times you ask, they will NEVER remove your name or stop calling. This alone makes them unacceptable and I would caution anyone to think twice about giving them your number.

No loyalty for returning Customers, Delayed shipping because of payment process

You should have discounts and sales, especially with continuous returning customers. Your payment process is incredibly show which makes orders shipping delays. Waiting over 3 days to ship an item after payment is dumb.
