A joke company who makes covid a template excuse. Its been 18 days (and counting) and my order has not moved an inch. But took them only 1 business day to clear an echeck. And its NOT a free complimentary shipping either, its $15 fee for so called handling. Update: wow they reply fast to negative review but no time to reply customer care querries via their website? Dont be deceived by the 5 star reviews, they are all fake and made up. Always look for those “invited” badge on those 5star reviews. They do that tremendously to offset negative reviews. The BBB (better business bureau) wont be happy about this. Oh by the way the order number detail you are asking for was in the customer care ticket I sent you. You dont budge so how would you know?
