The website appears to have lots of problems. It is often slow and takes a long time for the page to refresh. I have experienced a lot of problems paying by a credit card. It doesn't work and I have to get in touch with a customer service agent to complete the order. But the products sold are of good quality so I always return to purchase more.

I have ordered from them twice, and both times had a good experience. Filling my order was slow due to my reluctance to do an e-check. If you don't want to accept regular checks, then you shouldn't say you accept them. There were delays around the paper check, but other than that, great experience.
