Pleased and satisfied for the most part.
I have recommended your company to several friends and told them that I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. The only reason I couldn't justify five stars is because I have had a few orders that have taken much longer to get to me than I had planned. I realize that this might not be your fault and may also be out of your control after you have shipped something. Nonetheless, it is still a fact. Other than that, as stated already, I am very pleased and satisfied and will continue to refer people to you.
