Good price but shipping was delayed

Good price but shipping was delayed by quite a few days. Despite sending an email that my order is being shipped, it really did not ship until I called customer service myself and even then, it was delayed by a few days. Still, their price can not be beat vs the cost of purchasing it without insurance. If you can wait for a prescription, go for it. If you need a medication urgently, might have to double think.

Communication and payment is very flaky. Seems like there's a different communication method every time. Nonetheless it's always ended up working for me, albeit with some delays

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is…

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the payment method. Would much rather use a credit card. Put off ordering for a long time because I was concerned about paying in advance with personal check.
