Long time ADC customer, things have changed for the worse
ADC sent a replacement order, and now we have gone from bad to worse as the replacement order was incomplete and missing a critical item. Not sure what's going on these days at ADC but the communication and wait times (4-5 days to get any response to an email or chat) have become a bad experience we need to look elsewhere. . On Edit: The last item finally arrived from ADC, and communication times still have not improved at all. This has to change in order to have any trust in doing business with something as important as medications. ADC has a serious problem with regard to response times to questions and inquiries.
