I was worried when I received emails…
I was worried when I received emails from both you and the post office saying that my package had arrived, but I did not find it in my mailbox. I wrote to you about my concern, and your excellent customer service got back to me right away with the information that it had been delivered to my old address. I had failed to update my own information, and because you gave me the necessary information I was able to contact my old building and pick up my medication the next day.
