Pleasant experience and issues resolved
I always nervous when ordering but have had good experiences. This time my order was duplicated and I contacted a sales rep (this was on a Saturday). They told me they couldn't do anything until Monday since it was a different dept. I thought "here we go". On Monday morning I received an email the duplicate order had been cancelled. Easy and quick! I also received my my items within 2 weeks. I shall be ordering from them again.
