Lousy customer service - lost package w/ no refund
I’ve ordered from these guys a lot. I usually don’t have any problems. But it’s now 2 weeks since my order date and my package has been routed to a postal area 3 hours away - I’m assuming because they shipped to the wrong address. Getting information about my packages whereabouts has been near impossible and the customer service is lousy. I’m quite sure most of these positive reviews are people in India they hired to do so. I can’t imagine my experience is unique.
