We made two orders within 2 days of each other. They both processed financially back to back. They were both identified as Covid shipping impacted back to back. They were both released and shipped back to back. One order arrived and the other has not and it is now 10 days after the first delivery and the second package that shipped the same day has still not delivered and the system does not allow me to track when I put in the info to track it.

Not Happy...

Placed my order on 12/4/20. It's past the Covid time delay and still hasn't arrived. I still don't even have tracking info. I've previously placed numerous orders with ADC, and was satisfied. Not happy now. I would think that ADC would have, at least, sent me an updated shipping eta, but no, I have to waste my time trying to get ahold of them to find out where my order is. Not good customer service ADC! Shipping Time: Due to Covid-19, many countries have decided to cut flights or even shut down their air space for international flight services. As a result, the shipment can take 4-5 working days to dispatch. The average delivery time which was earlier ten to fifteen working days will currently be twenty to thirty working days.

Finally received my order seemed like I waited a long time but when it got here I was very happy although at first I was a bit worried because the package was very warm due to that I live in a tropical island but I guess it's okay, still they were a little smaller than I expected good thing I ordered a pack of three.And thanks for your service it is excellent ????
