GOOD COMPANY GONE BAD
Upon calling customer service, I was informed that there was another box enroute to me and that I would be contacted within 24 hours of the tracking number. This never happened. Upon my next callback , I was again assured that I would have my tracking number within 24 hours. You guessed it. Never happened. Then, upon my last inquiry to customer service, they changed gears and did not mention another shipment, and just said that my complete order was delivered. I advised them that I would initiate a chargeback with my credit card company and that they lost a good customer. This was a good company that has gone bad.
