I have ordered from them for a number of years now. Products work as expected. One complaint is high shipping cost and they wont ship for less even if you ask. (I understand it takes longer) One year, my products expired sooner than I would have liked...about 14 months but this time it was longer. If shipping were cheaper, I would order more often. I was hesitant to pay via them directly pulling from my bank account but I haven't had a problem with any unauthorized transactions and my bank told me I was protected in case there were. I wish they would offer both regular and economy shipping. Because I order in advance and I don't need quick shipping most of the time. I get a number of cheap items from overseas off ebay with tracking and they usually get here within 3 weeks or less. (The slower, cheaper way) One more thing, a number of years ago, I got several calls purporting to be from ADC trying to sell me stuff. I told them I don't want calls. But they called again in a few weeks. ADC later said it wasn't them that called. But how did they have my phone number and how did they have their name? On my most recent order, a coupon code would not work and they stopped responding to my emails but we finally got it straightened out. Finally, I want to take 5mg a day but their 5mg tablets are way too high. I have to order 20mg and try to break them in half twice but its nearly impossible to get a clean break. So I end up taking somewhere between 4-6mg a day.
