Almost perfrct

Great resource for medication at an affordable price. Really outstanding customer service group... very timely replies. Great prices on Pulmonary generics that cost 90% less than the patent drugs in the US: Ventolin Advair, Spireva Symbicort, etc. Still learning to use the website. Most problems I have with any order are of my own making.

I had a minor problem, but was fixed with a call/email/ticket

I have a problem with getting my item here. I had to call them and tell them that my item wasn't shipped, after about a week or 2 of waiting. I'm assuming there was a mistake or error on their side , but every thing was fixed once I sent in a complaint, email, or ticket. (Forgot exactly which) All and all, great website and nothing really shady on my end. Also +1 for the good speed they answered my complaint in. (Took about 1-2 days)

Price is always the key factor

Price is always the key factor. Once you placed your order then people call you to tell you can get the drugs at a better price. The drug that I ordered is causing a spike in my blood pressure. No warning that would indicate that blood pressure would be effected. We send in a list of our medications and this happens. The ball is in your court now.
