I am thrilled with the service I got from All Day Chemist! They were extremely patient and helpful when I was having issues with getting my bank to process the payment to them...finally had to change my payment method and they shipped my order promptly. About 2.5 weeks later I received my "little brown box" and could not be happier with them! Thanks so much for your awesome customer service...I will definitely be a repeat customer!

BTC users, beware!

After reading reports of fraud from people who had given their bank details to Alldaychemist, I decided to opt to pay via bitcoin to protect my banking details. However, within an hour, my bitcoin account got shut down with no recourse. Beware if you are using a BTC wallet based in the USA - they will likely say you are engaged in activity against their terms & conditions, even if you are doing nothing wrong! Alldaychemist obviously does not give everyone unique & private BTC addresses to send payment to. However, I did receive the Careprost promptly and it was up to standard.

Questionable practices

The first order I placed with ADC was fine. The products arrived in a timely fashion and the products themselves work fine. The reason this review is two stars is due to an event that occured a couple weeks after my first order. I received a notification email telling me that I had placed an order that I didn't recall making. This alarmed me and I went through the process of deactivating my debit card. I then looked up this issue and found other consumer reports of people's bank information being used to make other purchases outside their knowledge or consent. I recieved another email from ADC saying it was due to their automated system that i recieved the first email, but my trust has shaken considerably.

Their shipping gets better and better. I got my order seven days after I placed my order. It spent just a few hours in US customs in Chicago and got to me the next day in Texas. All the products ordered have been great and the shipping is getting better. If you plan to order, I would do so here pretty soon because once the Christmas season shows up, I could see where it would take 3-4 weeks to get your order. But right now, you could probably get it in 10 days.

I give 1 star , because in-spite of giving them all the contact details, they dont communicate not their workflow doesn't work ! , they dont even know the status , they dont work 24/7.

if they dont know , they should say dont know , but they talk as if they know anything and everything in the world of creditcard, because of them another 5 days got delayed . eventually my India credit card worked. I got my medication though, Thank for the help..

I was a little skeptical at first with the payment options, but I gave it a shot and all worked out great. I just ordered for the third time this year, this time getting medication for my wife also. I have told many people about Alldaychemist. Keep up the good work.
