Thanks ADC..... NOT!!!
This was my first order and it went well. I ordered several different brands of same medication and found that a couple of them work really well, a couple so so , and a few that just haven't worked for me at all. I plan on reordering larger amount of medications that worked good for me. Thanks ADC Just a warning to any patients that would prefer to remain anonymous, ADC posted my first initial and entire last name when I left a review. Every other review I read on their site they only posted first names of the patients. For some reason they felt it was ok to share my identity. When I notified them of the situation they unapologetically removed my entire review instead of changing the name that was shown. This situation and lack of care for keeping a patients indentity anonymous has changed how I feel about ADC. I wasn’t and am still not happy about them posting my name. I complained to their support team and told them I expect to receive an email with an apology for their mistake. Received and email and was offered a discount when I placed my second order. I thought that ADC might actually feel sorry for the mishap. I placed my second order and sent an email to Eric the tech support manager, just like he asked. Waited a couple of days and sent another email so I could find out the final cost and make payment. 5 days after sending first email I received a reply saying that since my $207 order already had an $11.82 discount for on sale items that he could raise the discount amount to $20. An additional 4.4 percent discount is laughable , especially when they sent me a promotional email for 15% off all items $20 max discount. Thanks ADC for posting my identity then offering me the same discount everyone is eligible for. Shows that you care so very much about keeping your customers/patients personal information private, Keep up the good work.
