It took longer than I expected to receive the product. Also, the billing was confusing. My e-check didn't clear immediately so I got something saying my credit card was charged only to find out after a call that the e-check did clear.

Good service, but product quality is inconsistent

Pro: Ordering went well - sent a money order, had good communication about order status, was offered a substitute for an out-of-stock item. Overall turnaround time was about 4 weeks. Con: One of the ED medications I received was completely inert. ADC replaced that product with one of the other medications that DID work, but from a different batch. The replacement is about 1/4 the strength of the original. I don't know if I will order from ADC again. It's a lot of hassle for random outcome.

Very Slow Service

The company is very slow. They provided a tracking number right away, but it could not be tracked on the USPS website for another two weeks. They promised in an email delivery within a certain number of days, and failed to meet it, so I had to pay to have product forwarded to me while I traveled. They have a chat feature, but the person doing the chat on their end is not very knowledgeable; there is a lot of doubletalk. They will provide the product, and the product is as specified, but it will not be as quick as they advertise. It seems like delivery time is a month, and they appear to provide a tracking number before the order has actually shipped. Guys, all we want is the truth! I had the impression they were stalling.
