You make it so difficult for people to order from your site. It stated that my order didn't go through the two times I tried. Then I get an email stating that it did go through. Now I got worried that it may have gone through twice since I tried to order it twice. So I called your number only to speak to someone who told that no order went through and the only way I could order was on the phone. Ridiculous! Why even have an option then for people to order online?
