the ordering and shipping went well. the paying was difficult and i find the website[s] confusing. i am deaf so i can't phone and with email ,they don't answer specific questions but post generic answers.

Received old product

Purchase experience was good. Disappointed that the product I ordered had a close expiration date. Appears from manufacturer date, product sat on a shelf for a year. Would like to have had an extended life on product.

1. I use money orders and it takes too long to receive medications.. even after you receive my money order, it takes days (3-4) before you actually ship the product. 2. With a previous order, I was within 2 cents of a $100 order.. you offered free shipping at $100, but my order before tax and shipping was $99.98. Due to the difficulty in ordering overseas medications, it seems like you would have some flexibility on this. 3. too picky on money order legibility (the details you require me to notate on the money order it self)

I have bought this product from another retailer prior to this purchase and it was the authentic product! I'm not convinced this is!!!

Good except for ingredient questions.

Prices are good. Products seem good. The only problem is that they do not respond to questions concerning ingredients, which is very important in customer service, especially for people who have allergies and need the info. If they could fix this problem, they would get 5 stars from me, as they have been good with delivery time and other areas of service.
