Slow and cumbersome...
There is likely not much you can do about the shipping and customs process but it is nearly invisible and takes a very long time. The payment process is cumbersome and problematic. Credit cards don't work and lots of folks are hesitant to do echecks with overseas companies. Then you wait days to get to dispensing, then to customs all before being able to track anything. Even after that the tracking info is vague. It was impossible to determine what day a package might arrive. Very poor payment and order filling process. That said, the products work great

Easy to reorder
Easy to reorder , priced fairly. Only issue, delivery requirement somone home for this type of meds inconvenient, possibly trying to protect me, but , brown box gives nothing away
