Disappointed in partially filled tubes

Several of the tubes of Premarin cream have not been full. Seems there are air pockets that perhaps did not allow the tube to completely filled, resulting in having to squeeze tube multiple times when applying until the cream comes up to the opening. Not getting my money’s worth is quite distressing.

Bad batch or bad company standards?!

I feel really out of place even writing this because I’ve been a long time shopper at AlldayChemist but I had major issues with this order. I am pretty sure one of the items (despite the dates printed on the boxes) was expired or just a bad batch. It is separating when I apply, I have tried all 3 tubes I ordered, without any other products applied and as I normally use it in my previous orders and it just keeps separating. I’m so disappointed, seems like the quality of ADC has gone down.

My "go to" pharmacy for over 10 years, I cannot rate them high enough. Even with the COVID-19 virus going on, when I'm told that shipping could be up to 6 weeks, my product has been arriving within 3 weeks, about a week longer than the world was normal. They are so helpful on the phone, great products, great prices.
