Excellent company

I have done business with ADC for many years. My orders have always been exactly what I ordered and arrived in good condition. Orders/deliveries are easy to track and the company is easy to communicate with. Some years ago, part of one order was lost en route and was promptly replaced. It is necessary to order a bit in advance to allow for shipping time, but this is a small inconvenience for the savings I have received.

Minis one star because of the payment…

Minis one star because of the payment method which I found cumbersome. I wish they would go back to the ways the way they used to,one can make payment directly at their site instead of the third party method. Other than that all elses is supper-great customer's service,they were able to help me evetually with my payment/purchase. I recommend.

Open box, contents falling out.

Box came from Germany. Ripped open and stuffed in my mailbox. No attempt was made to tape it back together. It had no paperwork in the box. No idea if the paperwork came out and my personal information is floating around somewhere. Was the contents tampered with? I’m disappointed with a company that is generally trustworthy.
