I received my items within thirty days, as expected based on what the website said. I thought the customer service was exceptional, as they used my name, sent multiple emails regarding any hiccups I had, and just generally made it feel like my business mattered. So far I have nothing bad to say about them, but a ton of good things, so I'll most likely use their service again once I run out of my item.
