Great customer service, great product
I read a lot of reviews before deciding to order. I then used the chat feature and spoke with a real human who told me that the items were shipped from India. Only payment accepted is through bank transfer. After you place your order they send you an email with clear instructions on how to complete the bank transfer.After a day they acknoledge the payment receipt (it was 09/20/2020 for me). On 09/23/2020 an email notified me that my order had been dispatched. I received my order on 10/01/2020 and I live in remote area of the US. I can't be happier with this online pharmacy. They kept me updated every step of the way and instructions/information were clear and concise. Also there was always a contact person, a link or email address if you needed additional information on your order. Shipping was fast and the product I ordered is authentic and a lot cheaper than in the US. Source: Organic|
