I'm really not a fan of any outside payment structures Zelle, Paypal, etc would prefer just a e-check payment process, not sure your offering this anymore it's still on the website as a option, but in the past I have used it with success with my other bank, but Chase Bank NA appears to like the e-checking fuction, and to pass this off to other electronic payment structures for what reason not sure? I'd be happy if e-check was back up working again as it is much simpler to use. Otherwise shopping experience here is very good, their customer service is very responsive to questions I've had, and helpful !

I have used this product for years. When I tried to pay with a credit card, there was no access. I called the 800 number provided and the person I reached was able to provide access. Payment by credit card is a problem occasionally with this company
