Serious customer service failures with recent orders!
Never had a problem on previous orders; however, these last two orders have been an absolute disaster. I have called at least 5 times; I can never speak with a manager; they always have to arrange a call back; managers apologize for poor customer service and state they will have someone to call back in the next 24 hours, which comes and goes and never receive a call back. Tracking information (supposedly item shipped over 7 days ago) still does not register on the USPS website as a valid tracking number. On another order, total was debited out of my back account on the day at the order was placed. Yet I receive an email 10 days later indicating that my payment failed. I call and speak to another customer service agent and they have no clue why I received an email indicating that the payment failed and state that the order will ship within the next 24 hours. Those 24 hours come and go . . . still no valid tracking information -- 10-plus days after placing the order!BTW -- I'm still waiting on a manager to call me back!
