Will order again

This is the third or fourth time I have ordered this product. It works just as well, or better, than the more expensive "name" brands. I will be ordering again in the future.

Service was good..

Service was good... I had trouble with payment though... had to mail in check then was sent email a couple days after I mailed it out that I had been approved to use my credit card. I’m still a little lost on the payment procedure but phone associates were very nice and I’m happy with the product I received.

Great overall!

Quick shipping, easy pay, but the website was a bit confusing on whether you needed a script or not so I had to call to clarify before I could place my order, thus delaying my order. If it weren't for that, you would have gotten 5 stars.

Unsuccessful order last week, now new unsuccessful orders,

Unsuccessful order last week. I tried to order last week and they messed me up on logging in with this new idiotic security system. Do you want my business or not? Finally got in, now they won't accept payment ("access denied"), even though I've been a customer for years with the same laptop (what id iots are running IT here?). I called, repeatedly, the phone lines are all jammed up, One finally got back to me but did't want to stay on the phone to see if the order went through: it didn't. Then I waited all day for another call back that never hpapened,
