I always get a response and answer to any question I have. The only problem I ever had was when you guys turn the package over to us postal service you need to make sure on the reicept that the address matches the the package address. I had a package take over a month because my address was correct on the label but it was wrong on the tracking ticket from the post office. It sent it to New Jersey. The us postal inspector general found it and got it to me. Please have your employees check the tracking bar code and adrift match. Keep up the good work and I tell other people
