Shipment order issues.
My medicine took far too long to process and ship. My order was placed on Jan 10th. Payment was accepted on the 13th. It wasn't until Jan 24th that it was marked as being at a post office. Over ten days for processing! Finally arrived on Jan 28th. I payed good money for shipping and felt extremely let down. (After reply from you, your records are not all correct. I have the emails and receipts: Order placed Fri, Jan 10, 2:28 PM. Marked Dispensing the 13th. First postage listed on January 24. Delivered January 29, 2020 at 2:52 pm) I payed more for shipping than I did on my meds and it took two weeks from the time of order to arrive. I understand it travels far but I do feel that the time could have been shorter. Why do your records show me placing the order a day later than you dispensed it? (After second reply: Modified score because of good customer service, shipment was also within the stated time frame. Thanks for the good support!).
