some bottles work, most do not

I’ve used Careprost and Latisse from another retailer before, both with great results. However with AllDayChemist, the results are inconsistent. I’ve used 4 bottles of Careprost purchased here and my lashes are not as long and full as the same product purchased elsewhere. One bottle may seem to work and the rest do nothing. They are the cheapest I’ve found including their high shipping cost but I will search for another retailer with a more consistent product.

Great selection of medication on the site. Purchasing with a CC was somewhat convoluted, but customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. My order arrived in about 2 weeks, faster than expected. I have not had any issues with the quality of the products I purchased here. It's a nice alternative to paying ridiculous prices for meds stateside.

When I placed this order I informed …

When I placed this order I informed the gentleman that I have a new address since the last time I received anything from your company. He took down my new address but when the order was shipped it was shipped to my old address. And then nothing could be done to change it so I had to wait until it was shipped and then track it down instead of it coming directly to my house. I hope that somebody spoke to the person that took my order and had a discussion about it.Other than that I have never had an issue dealing with your company it’s actually quite easy and pleasant.

Still have not recieved it and when contacted customer service they said it appears to still be stuck in customs. 13 days stuck in customs not I should wait 15 before all day chemist can do anything.
