HORRIBLE Customer Service
Extremely unreasonable payment policies, bordering upon intrusive, make purchases nearly impossible to make without a willingness to sacrifice one's personal financial security. Slow ship times, slow order processing, and harassing phone calls. The WORST shopping experience I have EVER experienced online since the beginning of the internet... and yes, I have been around and on the net since it began.
