Because of the cheap cost per bottle,I had a feeling I was not going to get the .03% Solution. I'll probably not buy from you again because you can't deliver on what you advertise.

Today marks three weeks since my order…

Today marks three weeks since my order “shipped,” and still no estimated arrival date (aside from the wide range given on ADC website) and it is simply being moved throughout the USPS system. Conversely, my last shipment from ADC was delivered within two weeks. I would typically attribute the delay to the holiday season, however I have received many other packages from overseas that were placed after this one AND even shipped using the slowest methods, leading me to believe it’s an issue with ADC. When I pay $15 for shipping, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some sort of priority shipping method.

They sent me the wrong medication

They sent me the wrong medication. I called them to resolve this issue, and they said they would send me the right one, but they wouldn't expedite the shipping, even though it was their fault that I had already waited several weeks and had ended up getting the wrong medication and would now have to wait several more weeks to get the right medication. Bottom line -- if they screw up, they're not gonna do what it takes to make it right.
