I cannot get a link for PayPal. They keep sending me a link for E-Check which I did they took the money out of my account $$43.69 now my order didn't go through and I can't get my money back. Not happy

Still have not recieved it and when contacted customer service they said it appears to still be stuck in customs. 13 days stuck in customs not I should wait 15 before all day chemist can do anything.
