Shipped to wrong address and no help

They shipped my order to the wrong address. Not just a little wrong, I live in Vermont and they shipped it to ALABAMA. When I submitted a ticket, instead of reshipping the order or sending a refund, they put the package on "HOLD" for some unknown reason. It has been almost a month. If you value receiving your orders in any timely fashion whatsoever, DO NOT use Alldaychemist. Look elsewhere.
