I want to love this company but it has been so difficult for me to order that I cannot even try the product out. I first placed my order on Sunday night and wanted to pay with my card. I got an email stating that I needed to send a of my drivers license and then they would send a link where I could pay with my card. I sent in the and it was approved, however, I did not get the link right away so I had to email again to ask for it. Once I did get the link it will not let me put in my card info so I emailed again asking if they could resend. I have yet to get it resent to me. I just get emails from different people daily this week saying I need to pay. Yes, the customer service rep response is quick at first. However, they have yet to actually help me and its a different person each time. I should not have to send out multiple emails in a weeks time to order something. I am trying to pay & I am not getting much help. It should not be this difficult to order!!!!!!
