After placing the order and paying for it,their 14 dayscame and went and nothing was sent. It took45 more days and 5 more calls to finally receive the order. Very Unreliable!

I want to love this company but it has…
I want to love this company but it has been so difficult for me to order that I cannot even try the product out. I first placed my order on Sunday night and wanted to pay with my card. I got an email stating that I needed to send a of my drivers license and then they would send a link where I could pay with my card. I sent in the and it was approved, however, I did not get the link right away so I had to email again to ask for it. Once I did get the link it will not let me put in my card info so I emailed again asking if they could resend. I have yet to get it resent to me. I just get emails from different people daily this week saying I need to pay. Yes, the customer service rep response is quick at first. However, they have yet to actually help me and its a different person each time. I should not have to send out multiple emails in a weeks time to order something. I am trying to pay & I am not getting much help. It should not be this difficult to order!!!!!!

Fake BP meds
I'd like to give them anything above a 1 star for their customer service, but my products were fake. Lisinopril at 40mg daily did absolutely nothing to my blood pressure as did 10mg nebivolol. I have mild hypertension and these doses didnt touch it. My script at 2.5mg does more than the 40mg lisinopril. Buy elsewhere.

Long time ADC customer, things have changed for the worse
ADC sent a replacement order, and now we have gone from bad to worse as the replacement order was incomplete and missing a critical item. Not sure what's going on these days at ADC but the communication and wait times (4-5 days to get any response to an email or chat) have become a bad experience we need to look elsewhere. . On Edit: The last item finally arrived from ADC, and communication times still have not improved at all. This has to change in order to have any trust in doing business with something as important as medications. ADC has a serious problem with regard to response times to questions and inquiries.
