Quite the process!
VERY difficult to order from this company. I believe it's in India and it's very hard to understand them. They make it nearly impossible to write a check, so you have to have a withdrawel from your bank account. After jumping thru multiple hoops and waiting 3 weeks FINALLY got product. Not a fun experience;

not consistent with their payment methods
First order was a breeze with the payment. in USD and the second order they tried to send me thought a Australian bank and after I calculated the conversion there was an extra $15.00 stuck on my bill
