I ordered careprost and they sent me a different product. Told me after I called to complain that it had the same use. I would have liked to be informed ahead of time if they did not have the original product I ordered. They made it seem like I had ordered the wrong product. I didnt even know what that product was or that it had the same use. Wont order again.

Lousy customer service - lost package w/ no refund

I’ve ordered from these guys a lot. I usually don’t have any problems. But it’s now 2 weeks since my order date and my package has been routed to a postal area 3 hours away - I’m assuming because they shipped to the wrong address. Getting information about my packages whereabouts has been near impossible and the customer service is lousy. I’m quite sure most of these positive reviews are people in India they hired to do so. I can’t imagine my experience is unique.
