Honestly

Honestly, I have had great, even 5-star, experience with you. BUT, about once every three months, someone calls my husband's cell phone number, that I put on my mailing information, wanting to talk about ordering medications.

I cannot tell you how angry he is about this, and doubly so, since he suspects you sold his number to telemarketers. It has caused a huge rift between us, and he has even yelled at the poor guy on the other end of the phone. This behavior needs to STOP!!!!!

I do not like leaving a 1 star review

I do not like leaving a 1 star review, however, Alldaychemist seems to have a major breakdown w/ correcting addresses. I corrected it online twice, when I made the order (the shipping and billing address were switched). Then when they called to confirm the order, the address debacle was corrected again, yet they still mailed it to the billing address. Still working on correcting this with the party at the billing address now, as they are going to have to pay to mail it to where it should have gone in the first place. Kind of a mess. However, I will order from them again, IF they can assure they will correct the shipping problems.

GOOD COMPANY GONE BAD

Upon calling customer service, I was informed that there was another box enroute to me and that I would be contacted within 24 hours of the tracking number. This never happened. Upon my next callback , I was again assured that I would have my tracking number within 24 hours. You guessed it. Never happened. Then, upon my last inquiry to customer service, they changed gears and did not mention another shipment, and just said that my complete order was delivered. I advised them that I would initiate a chargeback with my credit card company and that they lost a good customer. This was a good company that has gone bad.
