Items not received - constantly told to wait

Ordered on the 14th December, 2020 - shipped on the 18th December, 2020. Package never received, tracking still has it in another country since the 31st December. E-mailed customer support numerous times to only be told multiple times to "wait some more time, and if not we'll reship". Last e-mail has gone unanswered. Almost 2 months and no items.

I have not received my order. Never had any problems before but I never signed for the parcel and no neighbor reports receiving a parcel from you. I contacted customer service....and nothing?

First time ordering USA

First time ordering on 12/9/2020. Was told item shipped on a day-come to find from the tracking log that it was shipped days later. I understand this is covid and mail is crazy. But please, just tell the truth. I don't need to see a track log that does not represent what my email tells me. Now, the tracking tells me that it doesn't exist. I read the threads. As I am a first time customer, I don't think I will be returning based on customer service- and the fact that I have not received my order. Wish I had better news.

Bad batch or bad company standards?!

I feel really out of place even writing this because I’ve been a long time shopper at AlldayChemist but I had major issues with this order. I am pretty sure one of the items (despite the dates printed on the boxes) was expired or just a bad batch. It is separating when I apply, I have tried all 3 tubes I ordered, without any other products applied and as I normally use it in my previous orders and it just keeps separating. I’m so disappointed, seems like the quality of ADC has gone down.

Customer service is a joke here

Customer service is a joke here. I paid for my order a month ago and was told it shipped out. However they still cannot give me any tracking info , I have tried to contact them, but just generic responses. Disappointed and will look for an alternative next time
