DO NOT do business with this pharmacy!

I began ordering from this company when it was brand new but prices went up so much that I moved to another pharmacy. Recently I ordered from them again and WOW, what a difference from the old days! Customer service is completely unconcerned with your problem, are impossible to understand, and may as well play a recording that says, "We don't care about you once we have your money". If you're sick of holding without a response and try the online chat, it is obvious that the rep is also helping numerous other people (you just wait and wait, seeing "I'll be with you shortly" every five or so minutes, but no one ever helps you.) Don't bother emailing either --- you'll just get a canned response that has nothing whatsoever to do with what you called about. I emailed about the fact that my account states "no orders" and got a canned email back about "How To Log In". It's been three and a half weeks and I can't get an answer on where my order is or when it will arrive. My confidence level in All Day Chemist Pharmacy is absolutely ZERO at this point.

I tried for 5 days to get TWO e-checks …

I tried for 5 days to get TWO e-checks processed on their site. My bank kept saying it was sent and yet this business kept saying they never got anything. They do NOT use credit card billing like the rest of the merchants in the world or they would have had payment immediately! Now I have got to wait upwards of a month to get what I ordered while they get a paper check and then send items from INDIA! Poor business practices!! IF the order is of the same quality as the customer service and billing I am IN TROUBLE!

Shipment took too long time to ship

Shipment took a long time to ship from AllDayChemist, it was shipped more than a week after money was revived by the company, resulting in the order not reaching me before going to be destination. Customers service was below average and the English skill of one is the service agent was horrible.

You allowed your site to be hacked and my data was compromised. Many years later I still get a lot of spam email trying to get me to purchase on another site. They know what I ordered from you. I even get phone calls from folks claiming to be you. I still purchase from you because of price and reliability, but I hate you on a daily basis when I open my email.

Short expiry date

They wouldnt replace a tube of retino a that was to expire in 10 months. Prior orders the expiration date was at least 2 years. They should have let me return this tube and sent me out a new one. I am a good customer but i wont be ordering from alldaychemist anymore and will tell my friends as well.
